Virtual reality that empowers people to save lives

“Never underestimate how many lives a line of code can save.”

— James Gough, Founder of One Shot Immersive

Vision

We develop virtual reality training experiences for mass casualty and other trauma emergencies. Our products can be used to train medical and non-medical personnel and enable them to make life-saving decisions in critical situations. We deliver interactive experiences to help users learn to make decisions that impact patient outcomes, and measure the effectiveness of their choices in order to verify the competencies gained.

Projects

One Shot Immersive launched its first project in Yemen, a country that endures the world’s worst humanitarian catastrophe and where there are only 4 surgeons for every 1 million people. It is making an impact in places like this that drives us, which is why seeing Yemeni surgeons being trained in mass casualty triage using One Shot’s VR tool is a huge milestone.

Journey

Launching in 2018, One Shot has seen its VR tool deployed, partnered with the WHO, accepted awards and most importantly helped save lives through technology. This has been an exciting journey.
